A discouraged startup CEO came to our program at the recommendation of a colleague.

The Problem

After rapidly achieving their tens -of-millions-of-dollars revenue goals, the company's income growth stagnated. They hit a wall. What was the issue? Marketing? Management? They couldn't figure it out.

The Diagnosis & Plan
